you know los angeles is the sh*t when there's no traffic?!

gp and i were driving back into the city from malibu yesterday and the ride was traffic free. as always, it's the simple things that we are grateful for!

and other things to be adored:

• my mama! (celebrated her birthday yesterday :)
• mjane and mac (celebrated their catholic nuptials on saturday)
• the frank family (who visited this past weekend.)
• ocean view hotels (did ya'll know that pepperdine univ has a hotel on their campus?)
• endearing and slightly corny text messages received from intoxicated loved ones.
  
• loud, obnoxious, but FUN moments.
