awaiting full bloom

in the midst of friends and family experiencing their saturn returns, growing into adult issues, finding themselves, self realizations, new transitions, etc.,-- i scoff at my own mental and physical growth as it occurs just as rapidly as the folks transforming around me. in other words, people are messy. i,
am messy. when one thing's finally untarnished, there's always a new item on the plate that needs cleansing. is this all necessary though? must the process be so delicate? can't the dirt and grime disappear after one wipe?
