okay, not really. despite all the "consider running for office" propaganda that was to fed to us during our WPI leadership program this past year, i doubt that emily or i would consider.

this vegan punk chick from taiwan is visiting LA beginning tomorrow and i'm excited to chop it up with the woman. emily is the kind of woman who has the ability to bring me back to my OG values and political roots. i appreciate her as she's one of very few gal friends of mine who will refer literature such as Jensen's The Heart of Whiteness: Confronting Race, Racism and White Privilege or Santos' Immigration: A Nation of Colonists and Race Laws.

I'm sure that objectively others may find our point of view(s) amusing or our topics of conversation too political. However, we find this point of view humorous as everything you touch/obtain/immerse yourself with within this country has a political affiliation, whether one would like to recognize this or not. (Yes, we do mean everything.)

Along the same subject, ms Liza referred a pretty dope website to us. http://www.aldaily.com/. I guess this website pulls stories from all the top publications around the world. I'm already hooked.
