call it coincidence or whatever you'd like...but it's funny how i have several close friends whose name begins with the letter "m." this was never recognized until i met my first close "m" back in 1993.

this would be miss maron demissie. i don't know how the "m" reference began... but as M's I'm proud to say that we're all evolving! maybe i was meant to meet maron in a former life...but i know that we've been by each others sides through thick and thin. thick and thin meaning adolescence and then some.

maron's a homie for life and probably THE most down-to-earth seattle transplant to set foot in boston & chi town. maron's beauty; artistic talents; natural compassion; active listening skills; knowledge of every song on the above the rim soundtrack (ten dollars to anyone who remembers that flick!); ability to truly CHILL; and her chi town expertise can only impress those who know the real deal.

maron and i have a million stories/adventures/random moments that we've experienced together...that, no doubt, will all go down in my homie history handbook (a work in progress by the way.)

thus, i deem Maron. the original. the one and only.
