wanderlust has left me temporarily.
the only traveling i desire (at the moment) is around the small crevices of los angeles that i have yet to discover. after being in la (on and off) for practically 9 years, i still recognize new ________s everyday.

i take pride in knowing the back streets and short cuts of the city of angels...being a non-angelina who knows her way around better than many so cal natives. however, i'm finding new pathways everyday with the help of more seasoned 'la know-it-all' mentors. no, their pretentiousness has yet to annoy me since my goals are to 1) suck all of the knowledge out of their brains first, 2) use this new (semi stolen) knowledge to maneuver in ways that have yet to be applied.

does any of this make sense? probably not. this is just the long version of me saying that...i'm having fun. life is goooooooooooood and it is the simple pleasures that make it so.
