my sensitive scattered brain

(mi cabeza)

right now i'm becoming obsessive about gaining as much true knowledge as possible. i'm questioning everything and attempting to execute a better understanding and balance of recognizing bullshit, tolerating bullshit, and knowing when to choose my battles when calling out bullshit.

besides that, i'm becoming more aware of how i allocate my mind space. Lately, my idealistic ass has been entertaining possible solutions to make this world "right"-- don't make fun of me! a girl can dream, can't she?

the work-in-progress equation has come to these actions steps for individuals (in relation to themselves, their immediate community and the global community):

step 1:
full knowledge of self

step 2:
recognition & nourishment of (a) strong support system(s)

step 3:
awareness of ones' personal role to the world and global community

step 4
increased awareness of an individuals' contribution to community/economics/politics/business/world relations.

step 5:
increased mass appreciation (i.e. focus on what a person/community DOES have vs what they don't have.)

step 6:
development of (trial and error) executions of tangible universal solutions.

step 7:
world improvement/awareness/ progressive mass action.

i have to admit that, i myself, am only at step 1.
because the journey of getting to know self can be a fun and arduous one, i have broken down another work-in-progress equation regarding "awareness of self":

Actions Steps towards
Full Awareness of Self
a) Awareness, Acknowledgment & Consciousness of how self affects space and individuals (space meaning immediate environment and immediate community.)
b) Consciousness of individual choice and discipline.
c) Condition mind to a constant state of gratitude and appreciation.
d) Awareness of current events.
e) Awareness of Truth vs. Conditioned Rewritten History
f) Awareness of what worked and what didn't work in past examples of collaboration and leadership.

As stated earlier, the allocation of my mind space is becoming a focused discipline.
Currently, my mind is allocated in the following way:

40%: Well being of family, friends and loved ones.

20%: Creative thought
- stories, visuals, characters

20%: solutions to influence positive impact on the world
- leadership
- art and its' impact
- community development
- economic development
- accessible education

10%: randomness
- research
- pursuit of truth

100%: thinking that occurs simultaneously with what is stated above
- faith
- having fun
- being entertained
- love of life
- music, visuals & words
- appreciation/giving thanks

obviously this is all a work-in-progress (self included.) the problem with my scattered brain is that it never turns off and many times "the basics" escape my focus. the "basics" include (but are not limited to) paying my student loan bill, importance of how i look and what i'm wearing, cleaning my apartment and this list can go on...

gotta love the works-in-progress :)
