Notes to self:

• never underestimate the power of your mind.
  
• daily inspiration is not an option, it's a necessity.
• there is only love, everything that is negative is only a resistance to it.
• harness emotions and think before reacting.

• meditate, formulate and peacefully articulate your wants vs. your needs.
• avoid declaring victory too soon.
• let go of the fight to be right and unnecessary pride- it's a waste of time and mind space.
• listen before you speak to avoid speaking prematurely.
• listen attentively and without judgment.
• empathize (with feelings.)
• seek to understand and to be understood.
• acknowledge and take responsibility for any wrongdoing on your part.
• don't take anyone or anyone's positive efforts for granted.
• be patient, always, be patient.
• love unconditionally.
• never assume.
• research, research, research.
