mentor your mind

(deep message on a tiny road.)

(some people give up during the research process, ms jen-nay wrote a book
available on amazon and stores now.)

(a la playa celebrating mr gabriel dante on 8/15.)

(the one incentive for being around quirky actors: bagels, salmon lox)

(ktown messages.)

(yumsters.)

(curious max.)

("ya'll are mad LA now." - zo... yoga on sm pier.)

(ms. wright's warrior 1 pose.)

(seafood omelette while receiving bness development tips from ms wright and the mozaicmc.com team.)
we live in this new age where the 25-35 year olds (& other age brackets) go through this ongoing semi-adolescent stage. fall down. get back up. find inspiration. implement new tactics. self-discovery. fall down (again.) get back up (again.) and then repeat.
in LA we're surrounded by these new wave mantras. the peers like to repeat remedies aloud: show gratitude, celebrate the good and the bad, exercise your body and mind, find inspiration in unexpected places, just be, enjoy the moment, etc.
the seattle sarcasm in me says one thing (i.e. co dependency is for chumps), while the sparkling so cal -ster says another (i.e. stability has multiple meanings, don't judge.) hmmm... it's funny how we're conditioned to have these unspoken bench marks and our human nature reactions (or non reactions) to these bench marks.
at the end of the day, your peers can say/think/act all they want-- but it all comes down to how you're able to find innovative ways to nurture what will get you to that next level (whatever that self-defined level may be...)
