this past week has been like starting your first week of elementary school- only enhanced by a thousand. it's been where ones' learning curve, ability to process information (observations/memories/new facts), ability to react-recover, patience, correspondence, homework, problem solving, and time management needs to be so on point otherwise you'll be left in the dust, dirt, water, little bus or slow lane...(and with an out of commission phone for 5 days during this madness, i was definitely in the slow lane.)

at the same time, this week's discoveries have been fun where real life is soooo much more entertaining than television or surface level gossip. from observing 3 different couple profess their union-love for each other to interviewing a series of couples about marriage adversities for a documentary about domestic violence... one has to giggle at the ironies juxtaposed along our weekly routines.
